Jerome Daye

Manager of Partnerships

Jerome Daye (he/him), is the Manager of Partnerships for Tech Goes Home. As a long standing community advocate taking on the responsibility to develop positively impacting programs and connecting people with resources, Jerome will ensure communities are tapped into the establishment and expansion of Tech Goes Home near and far. His career journey in the nonprofit industry has prepared him to help deliver on an inclusive mission.


Jerome earned his B.A in English from the College of the Holy Cross. Guided by the principle of “men and women for and with others” his educational journey equipped him with the ability to communicate effectively for himself and others in the community. Jerome strives to be a bridge builder for people, organizations, and their goals.


Outside of his work with TGH Jerome enjoys spending time with his family, leading youth

programs, and building community for men of color to build community amongst each other. His passion for community stems from his work with organizations focussed on education, youth development, technology, and workforce readiness.


Fun Fact: Richard Roundtree (Shaft) and Jerome became friends after getting to know each

other during a night out in the North End of Boston.
